International Crankshaft Benefit Program
- 12-hour shifts, 7:00 – 7:20, 4 days week one, 3 days week two, working only half the month on a normal schedule
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 36 hours in one week and after 40 the following
- Shift Differential: additional pay of $3.00 for all hours worked between 11pm – 7:20am and $0.30 cents for all hours worked between 3pm – 11:20pm
- Skill Based Pay System – Raises based on how fast you successfully pass evaluations
